Service Description
These terms of service apply to the use of the www.liikennetilanne.fi web service (hereinafter "the Service") operated by Youlearn it Oy (hereinafter "the Service Owner"). The Service allows users to view images produced by road weather cameras owned by Fintraffic Oy. The Service may also display other information related to weather conditions or emergency services bulletins.
Service Maintenance, Fault Resolution and Information Security
The content of the Service is provided free of charge to all users. The Service is continuously developed and any new features will be announced on the site. The Service Owner does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The Service is subject to the same limitations as the internet in general — for example, simultaneous connections may congest the service and affect its usability and availability. The Service Owner reserves the right to temporarily suspend the Service or part of it if necessary. We reserve the right at any time, without prior notice and for any reason, to change the appearance, content, functionality or other characteristics of the Service.

Compensation for Costs and Damages
The Service Owner does not compensate for indirect damages or damages resulting from force majeure.

The Service Owner is not liable for interruptions caused by technical faults, maintenance or installations, communication failures, or any resulting delay, alteration or loss of data, whether direct or indirect.
Limitation of Liability
